I have wanted one for a long time, I think they are just cool. I have a buckmark pistol and it is awesome but have read conflicting reviews about the accuracy of the rifles. Anyone have experience they would like to share? I saw a laminated stock, stainless or silver heavy barrel version the other day in a shop and have been thinking about trying it out. Thanks in advance.

I picked up my heavy barrel BM rifle last year. Fun little gun. Very comfortable to shoot with the pistol grip, reasonably accurate (but worse than my Marlin 60 or any bolt action I own.)
I wish the buttstock design was a little different, but it works 99% of the time. Can't wait to get it threaded though. That will make it funnn.

Limabean: I have owned my Browning BuckMark "Rifle" for several years now and enjoy it immensely. Mine is indeed a heavy barrel model but not stainless. I have a Leupold 2x7 variable scope on it and its accurate enough to do everything I need done. I only shoot hollow-point Hunting type ammunition in it as I Hunt small game, Colony Varmints and Grouse with it - great take-along rig. Trigger seems fine in mine - I had a friend (years ago) that had a BuckMark Rifle and he poo-poo'ed the trigger - IDK - never tried that ones trigger. Take along a 22 L.R. snap-cap on your next visit and try that ones trigger. Good luck if you decide to go for it. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
