Brownell's is currently offering free haz-mat shipping. There is no minimum order required and includes sale items. Oddly, I did not see when the offer expires. If I were in need of something, I would not tarry around. You still have to pay standard shipping and sales tax as usual, though. This should save you $20 - $23 or so per order up to 50 lbs, I think.
