I'm working up some brass to reload , I hope a 180 Sierra Round Nose will be good enough to do the job . I've read where the.30 wont kill these monster , bullet proof Missouri whitetails .And I'm going to hunt with a sub- par rifle . I hope I don't get gored to death . I love this old junk rifle .

That bullet will hammer a deer.
