On Leupold’s website at the bottom of the page there’s a link under Help, Service Request. Then a few other links with pictures pop up and click on Return and Warranty Service. Keep following that and choose Warranty Service. You will have to create an account and then log in. Yeah it can be a pain, but I did it for the one I sent back and they were quick and I got an update on when the work was completed and mailed back to me.
