Here is one you just won't see much anymore, if ever.

It is a new in the box, S&W 4506-1 .45 ACP.








It comes, as I received it, with one 8 round factory magazine. I picked this up years ago from a young guy who said his uncle was LAPD and he inherited a couple of these. He was keeping one, selling one.

LAPD authorized these for some time and were a very popular gun for many of the gun savvy guys within the department according to my friend and well known trainer Ken Hackathorn.
















PRICE: $875 plus $50 for shipping and insurance.

NO California sales/sales to communist states. All local state and federal laws will be followed.

They are phenomenal guns. I have one that I shoot as well as carry every now and then and it is a stone cold reliable tack driver. Reminds me of one of my favorite shows with the 4506, "Street Kings" with Keanu Reeves.




Great movie

I am only selling this due to a divorce being finally settled and now I have some big bills to pay, so some things have to go sadly, so I can be back to square one again. Wish there were other ways, but at least someone is going to get a very nice gun!

and yes a few notable big screen cool guys have carried the 4506. It is one serious piece of hardware, even today.

All the cool guys cops and bad guys seemed to agree. From Denzel in Training Day to both Bruce Willis as Butch and Ving Rhames as Marsellus Wallace used 4506s in Pulp Fiction.

Kurt Russell carried one in Dark Blue as well.

Best of luck to you, in both the new life and selling this fine pistol. They are exceptional. Anyone looking for a great 45 ACP, that is dead nuts reliable and accurate, should consider this one. I know mine is like a garbage disposal for ammo. It will digest anything. I can't remember ever having a single issue with it. I also love the tv shows and movies associated with these things. I love pulling mine out and shooting it on occasion. I always wanted to get a shoulder holster like Sonny Crocket had in Miami vice, and carry the damn thing. Mucho bad azzed pistol you have there. Whoever buys it, will be very happy..

I have one that I shoot, so while I did not really want to part with this one, I still will continue to enjoy the one that I have been using for a number of years now. Somone will end up with a gem of a 4506. It is a rather uncommon thing to find one NIB, so no matter of it is a collector or a shooter that gets it, either way, they will be a happy camper.

I found one in a pawn, it sat in there for a few years. Didn't buy it, sure wish I had and this one is very desirable. Unfortunately like yourself, life has road blocks that are being trimmed. Someone with sense and funds will come along.
