I am guessing no one would know if they are interested unless you include a price for what you are offering.

Go by sleeping giant brass less the primer, add 0.08 each for primer

Not legally, no. Not even UPS w/o hazmat certification.

I always thought primed brass was fine to ship but boxed primers need hazmat. Has that changed?

Primed brass doesn't need hazmat. Primers alone need hazmat.

My bad on the UPS part. I should’ve just addressed the OP’s original question which was about USPS flat rate boxes which is still a no-no.

I did some research on this a year or two ago. My understanding at that time was primed brass ships the same as loaded ammo and must go as "Dangerous Goods". Powder and primers must have Hazmat certification. Dangerous Goods and Hazmat not the same and USPS will not ship either. A Hazmat certification was difficult to get due to special training needed for the certification. According to Fedex at that time, a individual can ship Dangerous goods if you have a account with FedEx. This package must be declared as Dangerous goods and shipment will be labeled "Ground Only" or "No Air", and with a special Dangerous goods label applied to the box. Rules change all the time so take the time and confirm if all this is still the current rules and regulations.
