I have a 5" Python and I'm looking for a holster for concealed and field carry. Thanks in advance, Dave

I like Denali or Kenai Chest Holsters for heavy guns like that.

I had Galco for 6" N frame. It could be used for side carry or cross draw. Very solid, quality rugged leather holster. It kept big, heavy gun close to body. I can recommend it the only downside was high price.

Use a sturdy belt! Its as important as the holster...more probably.

Great holster but I barely have enough room in my pants for me.

I’ve a bianchi for my 4” 586 I use for what you describe. Thumbreak, leather, three slots for your belt. Keeps it nice and tight to your side so easy to conceal with sweatshirt or loose flannel. I don’t know the model number though. Had it for years and would recommend it highly

Bianchi makes good holsters. Their Accumold line offers prograde performance at affordable price. My friend carries steel snub in one surprisingly it holds the gun well against body.

El Paso Saddlery makes high quality stuff. When I shop for leather that's my first stop and almost always my last, and I've never been dissatisfied with any of their merchandise.

It’s a safariland and they don’t make it anymore. (328-09) But it’s not a unique style. A pancake with a thumb snap and 3 slots. It’s done well by me for a long time.

Big guns carry well in a vertical shoulder rig like the one from Bianchi..............think Dirty Harry.

Doc Barranti makes some of the nicest revolver holsters but unsure of his wait time.

This 200 AW from Sparks has 20 + years of field use and is still as good as the day I got it.

I like a Bianchi 5BHL as a readily available holster for OWB outdoor activities. With the right cover cold be concealed.
