They're offering 123, 136, and 156 gr Slick Coat bullets pretty cheap. Thinking a budget 1600-2000 fps AR plinker load.

Beware, I bought some hunter supply bullets from Midway back in March, in the pic is a sample of what I got and after contacting them, all I got was an offer to buy more of the same. No provision for a gas check. I’ll be interested to see what velocity you can get out of them before they start to lead the barrel.

Do you plan on hunting with them? No, just plinkers. Something besides the higher cost jacketed bullets I have... Slick Coated, I'll be trying for 1800-2000 but need to cycle an AR. May not be possible. Very low stress deal.
