CZ 700 - made in Czech Republic. This is based on their military sniper rifle made into a hunting rifle. It doesn’t appear very many were imported, has a pretty low serial number. Metal and bluing is nice. The bore and internals are good.

Has rear lugs like a Remington 788. Magazine holds 3 cartridges with a lot of room to seat a bullet wherever you want it.

I haven’t shot this gun. If I can make it to the range tomorrow I’ll shoot some groups and see how it does.

Only the one magazine?

I have one of the CZ700 snipers. Years ago, I emailed CZ asking if it were possible to get another magazine. The response I got from their customer support was

I have worked here X many years and have never heard of this rifle. I asked the senior support representative working today and he has not heard of this rifle!
