I always plant some small fields that are isolated to some new numbers for a test
This year I planted pioneer 1165 on 3.77 acres of good creek bottom
It was the last planted and yealds 265
For here that unbelievable
My best ever previous best was 240

That is good. In a normal year, 200 bushels corn per acre and 60 beans are very good yields around here. The last four years have not been normal. Some corn on our land has averaged over 300 and beans over 80.
