I’m interested in building a 6.5 Grendel bolt action repeater. I know that Howa and Ruger make rifles in this caliber. I am also aware of the barreled actions available through Brownell. Are there any other custom repeater actions that have are offered with a Grendel bolt face and magazine box that will reliably feed Grendel rounds? I understand that the Grendel is derived from the 7.62x39/220 Russian.

I'm partial to the Howa 1500 Mini actions, hard to beat.

I have a Sako in 6.5G. It started life as a ppc if memory serves.

Precision Firearms chambers at least one of their BA rifles in 6.5 G.

Uintah Precision chambers their UPR15 in 6.5 G.

Just picked up a Howa mini 6.5 Grendel from Brownells (barreled action) and put it in a carbon fiber stock ( take off from a friends rifle) and couldn’t be more pleased with the rifle…..ultralight, handles very well and shoots exceptionally good - all for $700. Would be very hard pressed to beat it with any other “custom”.

I have a couple
Sako Vixens and thought about the Vixen PPC but very few repeaters were made. Cool that you have one in a Grendel. Beautiful little actions.
