Ruger Mark II rifles do not have a tang safety. Mark I rifles have them

My bad on the terminology, I called it a tang safety, it is actually the 3-position safety

Finding ammo or brass is the catch :-( Before I found a stash of factory brass for my 700 Classic, running 338 or 300 WM brass through a 350 RM sizing die worked for me.

Finding ammo or brass is the catch :-( Before I found a stash of factory brass for my 700 Classic, running 338 or 300 WM brass through a 350 RM sizing die worked for me. I use 7mm Mag, but you're right, not hard at all to make 350RM brass.
