When the prime minister can not do the job? Like the vice president in the US?

It doesn't work like that in the parliamentary system. The MPs can turf him and elect from their ranks another leader . He will be from the ruling party, of course. When he doesn't have the MPs confidence, he is asked to resign. As if he has a choice.

Richard, I thought you asked that yesterday. Are you talking about if the PM is sick or has died? Or are you talking about if his party doesn't trust him anymore? This link is from yesterday. If the PM gets incapacitated or dies. https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbt...-the-prime-miseries-can-not#Post18941092

I wonder who would take over the job if the Turd tripped and broke his neck, a fiery plane crash, got hit by a bus and dragged for 10 miles, ripped apart by a rabid grizzly while skiing, brain tumour, heart attack, or drowning in a shark infested sea, or beaten by a horde of savage Muzzie's he said not to worry about.
I often wondered who would take over.
