I decided to stamp my newly rebarreled 338-06. (big mistake). Can this be fixed?

Fastest is to mill a small flat over the boo boo and re stamp. It's not for everyone, but if you can work gingerly and with great patience with a very small peening hammer, and a small domed punch you can with very light blows , flow the displaced metal high spots from the stamp back into the low spots. Then with great care and light strokes, draw file to blend the area to the chamber contour. Once it's overstamped, no one will see the remaining tiny imperfections. It's not a job for the get er done guy.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Too late now, but the gunsmith who rebarreled it should have marked it. I don't stamp them. Rather, I use an engraver to mark caliber. Engraving by .com/photos/24542443N04/]jakefromclemson, on [bleep]

If it don't have an extractor cut in the barrel, set it back 1/4 turn and recut to headspace and then have it engraved as above

The picture is so blurry, I can't guess as to whether or not it can be fixed. Usually, a messed up job can be improved but not entirely fixed. Tips: Align with two layers of masking tape. Stamp from the right to the left. It's easier to maintain spacing. The most important tip is to practice on a piece of scrap until you are comfortable with the process. Don't use a little dinky hammer. Don't tap and don't hesitate. Back in the day, I could stamp about as fast as I can type (not a very high bar when you type with one finger), but now, I'm not quite as sure in my movements (old and shaky). GD
