The $hitheads in the valley will no doubt appeal this all the way to the Supreme Court. Hope to God our gun buying/selling isn’t in limbo while that long process takes place.

It will go to the State Supreme court. It's been packed by the leftists for 40 years.
FWIW. True. But the Case Law from the Oregon Supreme Court is very similar to the Rule in Bruen. State v. I doubt they want to fight for their job for a measure that barely passed. BMT Does not transfer out of the courts jurisdiction
