That my son is still with me, only my the grace of God and my dearly departed Mother that was watching over him. I can relate to that. My son could very well be dead, or in jail. by the grace of God He saved him a few months ago and I’ve had a chance to witness with my own eyes how God changes a heart of stone into a heart of flesh. I’m so thankful for that. My son should not even be alive, according to what the Dr's told me at the hospital. I thank God every day that he is still with us. I'm glad you still have your son also.

I am thankful for my wife.
All my friends whose wife died and miserably lonely. A good wife is hard to come by. I was so close to leaving mine about 25 years ago, so glad I stayed. Not sure what I’d do with out her.

I'm thankful that the meds the wife is taking, has mellowed her dementia, anger outbursts. And are helping her have a more normal life! The Alzheimer's is an ass kicker!
