I have a Sako P72 .22 Hornet that has been a "safe queen" for 20+ years.. It's in excellent condition.
Serial # 7076xx. It has a Gloss Leupold Vari x III 3.5 x 10 X 40 mounted on it.. Serial # 205xxxF ( 1998 ?) also in near perfect condition..

I also have a Kimber M96 7MM-08 Ser #767XX in Excellent Condition. It has a Matte Leupold Vari XIII 2.5 x 8 x 36 on it. Ser # 1227xxF (1998?)
The scope is just about perfect..
I have not been able to find a lot of info on either of these guns. I would appreciate the benefit of those more knowledgeable..

Please PM me of you have an estimate of their value.. Thank You !

Al

AIruner,
Any chance of left over brass or ammo for that Hornet?

The Kimber 96 can run all over in price depending on whether it is blued or nickeled. In either case, they don't fetch what they used to. I picked up one recently, worked it over, and gave it to my nephew. I paid $299 locally.

This will give you an idea. These guns sold at these prices, so you know the actual value. Anyone can ask any price for any thing, but what it sells for is the real litmus test…
