I finally found a video of the actual crash and it is clearly nothing to do with trying to kill others and 100% to do with idiot driving.

I heard it was a Chevrolet Volt that sadly drove through a water puddle and exploded. I thought it was a Ford Pinto that had been converted to propane and some one kicked the back bumper.
