Yellow as in corn and white as in flour?

I like corn with butter…

Flour with burritos and fajitas..

White, followed by white, with the remainder being white.

White and fresh! My wife makes me sausage and eggs every morning and sends it to work in tupperware with three street tacos size white tortillas! That and a little Cholula hot sauce and I'm very happy every morning at work!

I eat corn occasionally but usually specify flour & I often see a new waiter or waitress' expression go to somewhat of a disappointment or disapproval for some reason.

Depends what's slathered over the top.
White doesn't work so well with enchiladas, tacos, and several other things.
Flour with butter, however is one of my favorites.

White for a softer tortilla, like tacos. Yellow for a stiffer thing like tostados.

Buy both, but I like yellow corn tortilla.
The OP wasn’t asking about flour. The only thing flour tortillas are good for is burritos.

Before making tacos i fry the corn tortillas in an olive oil greased pan sprinkled with some Mexican cheese until melted. The melted cheese keeps the tortillas from cracking at the bottom of your taco from overstuffing or from burger juice.
