One of my sons wants to buy a new Glock G45. Is Buds still a good or as good as any choice out there? I only have purchased used over the last 20 years so I’m not in the know. Where is the cheapest place for a frugal son to purchase?

. GT Distributors is one of the best especially if you qualify for Blue Label pricing. For police trade-in Glocks, GTD is unbeatable. If I want to see what the "honest price" for a particular Glock is, I'll look and see what GTD is asking.

Midnight....in a parking lot? It will be cheaper if it has bodies on it and no serial number.

Take a look at Family Firearms website. They normally beat other merchants prices and they don't charge tax to out of state residents. Their shipping is reasonable as well. Run "Glock G45" through Gun Deals search function. https://gun.deals/

Rural King is worth a look. I was there yesterday and they had quite a selection of Glocks that were priced right.

Where is the cheapest place for a frugal son to purchase? If you really want cheap, the Taurus G3C is a good deal. Taurus has come up in the world, and the G3C is a great 9mm for the money. I have one and it shoots great, and it comes with 3 , 12 round mags. I saw a deal at Rural King the other day and they were under 200 with a rebate. Usually they are around 275 or300. I like the fact they have a safety and a trigger that you can do a double strike with if you have a hard primer, without re-cocking.

I helped my brother buy his first handgun, a G19, that way. It's generally the first place I start to look for my own needs, if I don't get a direct mail from a distributor with a really great price.

Thank you men. This will be a great place for him to start. He has been doing a lot of shooting lately with me and is realizing that a full size pistol is better than his G43 for at least range practice.

The gun market has been flooded for over a year now. Shop and call around for what you are looking for, most places will haggle with you.

I would search the net for the best price. The best choice would be G45 MOS TB.
