Followup steak and broccoli cheddar frittata. I've never eaten a dish like that but it certainly looks tasty! L.W. Frittata is the easiest dish in the world to make. Take whatever leftovers you have (really, anything), throw them in an oven-safe pan to heat up. Once heated, cover them with 3-4 beaten eggs. Toss it in the oven at 350F and cook till it sets. Bingo, fancy frittata. There’s easier ways, but this makes it look fancy like above.

Plate of leftovers (Deb at board meetings) - scalloped taters, mac & cheese, extra bacon & onions, splash of stock to loosen & table spoon of blueberry, scotch bonnet BBQ sauce ! Non gourmet, but tasty & filling !

Main course - whitetail roast. I brined it overnight with a little salt and seasoning and smoked at 225° on the pellet grill. Pulled at 105° internal and seared in hot cast iron pan with butter to 115°. Grandson told me it was the best venison I've done yet. I think I might agree with him
