I'm looking for a box or two of Serria #1540 .243 85 gr hpbt game king.
My grandson got a used Mauser left handed .243 for his birthday.
I was going to give him a starter reloading set up for Christmas to see he will take up reloading.
The 85 gr. Serrias should work for both coyotes and deer.

A very rewarding project. The Sierra 85 gr. BTHP was my favorite varmint load for my Ruger 77V .243 Let me check, I probably have a box or two I could spare for such a good purpose. I'll pm you if I find what you need.

I shoot these in my 6X45 for deer and they work great. It would be nice if Sierra started making them again. I don't have any that aren't loaded right now. I'm going to have to find a different bullet in a couple of seasons if they don't make a return.
