I want to change my answer to four. Remembering what a graph of a tire of a car looks like the distance the the small circle would be the total of the radius of both circles times 2 times Pi. I used a radius of 6” for the large circle, 2” radius for the small circle and 8” for the radius of the centerline of the travel of the small circle. 8 times 2 times Pi equal 50.256 (distance traveled) 2 times 2 times Pi equal 12.564 (one revolution)

The math also works for object of the same size.
Both objects are 1/2” radius or 1” diameter.
The outer circle will travel on a 1” radius, 2” diameter, and 6.283 circumference.
1” diameter is 3.141, so it would have to travel two full revolutions to cover that distance.

How did you make that URL? I struggled for a long time trying to get around the 24hcf censor.

How did you make that URL? I struggled for a long time trying to get around the 24hcf censor. I replaced F with %46 ( hexadecimal value for F ) , search for "ASCII Text to Hex Code Converter"

Thank for posting the problem, it is good to make my 60 year old brain think a little. Three was my first answer, but seemed way to easy, kept thinking about it and remembered a few basics from high school and got it right the second time.

I saw ASCII in college 50 years ago. My lame brain deals with software by handing a flow chart sketch to a software literate person....like you.

Obey lawful commands. Video interactions. Hold bad cops accountable. Problem solved.
