A vintage Sako Deluxe Finnbear in 7mm, that is overall in very good condition. L61R action, 59XXX serial #, 24.25" barrel (very clean), 2.5# trigger, and it has the original sling swivels too (along with the antelope floor plate). It doesn't have the "Bofors Steel" barrel marking, but it also doesn't have any import markings either (which is a bit unique). Topped with a Leupold VARI-X-III 2.5x8 (with duplex crosshairs), that was factory serviced during the Pandemic. The scope is in good condition, and the glass is VERY clear!

Both rifle and scope have been hunted with over the years. There are a few nicks/dings and minor imperfections in the wood, and the floorplate has some bluing wear, but overall, they're both in great shape for being used for their intended purpose. PM for more info or additional pictures.

I'm located in Central WA, $1600.00 + shipping/fees

I've got one of those and can say these are excellent rifles. Better than most anything production made today, in my opinion. Good luck on the sale.

Might want to give the option of selling the rifle sans scope. I'd probably want more magnification on a 7mm Rem Mag.

Sorry for the confusion guys...Yes, it's a 7mm Rem Mag, not any other iteration..

If someone has an alternate offer, they can PM me.

Thanks for the interest.

Biebs...I have to agree and disagree. I little more scope will work fine shooting lighter bullets and longer range. But, 7mm Rem mag with 175 grain bullets works well closer in too. I'd keep this scope, get another with more magnification, swap out as needed. grin

I dont know, all of the PRC creemoor LR crowd have the herds a bit jumpy. In order to reach them, you’ll need a new 32” gain twist 1/5” ratchet rifled cryo treated CFibre wrapped obsidian barrel put on to handle the berger/nosler/ hammer 283.7 grain tribreed ‘stylus’ bullet.

You’ll need a new scope to guide that .284 missle in. Thermal auto-gated IR with an automated geosynchronous anti-coriolis calibrated 20-100x March-Hensholdt Soulgazer would be perfect! It comes with an integrated gyroscopic anti-cant inertial dampener as well.

GLWS. Nice Sako.
