Iowa is not in the same league as Michigan. Penn State beat Iowa 31-0 in the rain in Happy Valley.
BUT, stranger things have happened in football....IF Iowa can control the ball and they do play great defense...McCarthy will have to have a good game.

Plus, no team in history has scurved out more wins.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

Not only a less than minimally educated person, but stupid and out of touch as well.

If Penn State beat Iowa 31-0 then they(Iowa) need to go to another conference. There is no sadder excuse for a College offense then that of the Nittany lions.

Don't know if you realized it or not, McCarthy was playing hurt against blowhio state last week. Not sure what's going on, hopefully he'll be 100% this weekend.
Word on the street is that JJ injured his leg/ankle at Happy Valley. And it was still bothering him @ Maryland. He moved much better last Saturday and hopefully he will be close to 100 per cent tomorrow night. And if they get well ahead, they could rest him in the 4th. And having Harbaugh on the field benefits JJ more than any other player.
