I don't think it is a 220 AI. I think it's the 220 Wby Rocket like Hrnhuntr stated. The rounded shoulder us a classic WBY shoulder.
No. The 220 Weatherby Rocket did not use the double radius Weatherby shoulder, instead it used a 33 degree shoulder.
Suspect what's going on in this picture is that the fire forming load didn't fully form the shoulder, whether because of a light load or the brass not being a crush fit in the chamber.
