I’m waiting for a chance to see it. Is it good or a waste of time? On one hand it’s Hollywood. On the other, can we ever get our fill of muzzleloading warfare?

Our boys (21 and 22) went to see it last week with a couple of friends when they were home for Thanksgiving. When I asked, I was told it was "Okay."
I would call it that if it were long on talking, politics and romance and short on musketry, sword play and sex, but the boys didn't provide any details.

It's OK. Not great. Worth watching once. But I won't buy the DVD to watch it again.
It's a good documentary, if you're into those.

I saw it. My son in law came for Thanksgiving and bought tickets as a gift and went expecting an epic film like Gettysburg.
The battle scenes were good but few and far in between and the rest of the movie sucked and made Napolean out to be some cucked weirdo.
That is my take on it.
Don't waste your money, wait for it for free on cable.

I agree with the above. It was okay. Seeing the battle scenes on the big screen was worth it. Juaquim (sp?) Phillips kinda looks a little like him, but it's hard to not see his freaky side while watching.

Agree with the others and say it was ok and I would wait for it to come to a streaming network or cable. I was hoping for more battle scenarios and strategy stuff. It was more on the personal life story. At least that’s what I thought. 🤷♂️

My son saw it. Said if you saw the trailer, you saw the battle scenes. Wait and stream it for free.

Took the wife to see it Friday night. It was okay, don’t remember the story line covering Battle of Leipzig which is the reason he was exiled.
