Got pluckin'. Seared some teal breasts, served with Cumberland sauce for first course. Pheasant legs in the pressure cooker, cacciatore Sicilian style. House smells good. Frying up the breasts later; GF and her kids like them Buffalo style with celery stalks and ranch dressing. Gotta eat our possession limit; season ends this weekend and I want to get out one last time tomorrow.

Rack of pork, polenta, roasted cauliflower/broccoli with cheese Great looking roast robertham1. Hard to beat a Prime Rib Pork Roast, with a great white wine gravy, especially for the price.

Main course - whitetail roast. I brined it overnight with a little salt and seasoning and smoked at 225° on the pellet grill. Pulled at 105° internal and seared in hot cast iron pan with butter to 115°. Grandson told me it was the best venison I've done yet.
