So I have a like new SUM Olympic Arms barrel. problem is I can't get a bolt to close on a 223 go gauge. The barrel is marked 5.56, but that shouldn't matter right? Can I find an inexpensive fix or do I have a paper weight?

Make sure you can push your ejector below flush with the bolt face. I've had the same problem when the hole was not drilled deep enough in the bolt. Shorten the spring a coil if this is the problem.

First things first call and talk to Olympic Arms and give them a chance to fix it. It's only fair.
