I think that depends on where they are. In the last 15 yrs I’ve seen more raptors and less ruffed grouse than I’ve seen since I started hunting 54 yrs ago. I don’t hunt turkey, but my friends that do say the same. Yet the geniuses at the Pa. Game Commission have decided to re-introduce the the fisher and are considering the pine Martin. To answer the OP’s question, no that’s not a fisher. I’ve seen them where I hunt deer. And I also see a lot less grey squirrels

A second break-down of the votes so far, listed by number:
Grey fox--12 No, without alternative guess--5 Chupacabra--1 Feral house cat--1 Maine coon cat--1 Pangolin--1 Raccoon--1 Wampus cat--1
I initially was one that voted a simple NO, it ain't a fisher. But want to change that to aardvark.

No. They eat porcupines! They can be a little nuisance if they get into a deer your hanging but otherwise pretty cool animals. They are in the weasel/mink/badger/wolverine family so you don't want one mad at you.

They are in the weasel/mink/badger/wolverine family so you don't want one mad at you. They're vicious predators good at killing about any small critter and can climb trees like a squirrel. A friend of mine had one get into his bird coop one night and killed all of his prized peackocks, pheasants and chickens. Think weasel on steroids. Blood thirsty little demons that kill for the fun of it and they're damn good at it.

Or a Side-Hill Gouger.... Dang, what was the name of the book that listed a bunch of those critters? Good friend all through school and into later years liked that book.

I get a lot of pictures and time watching fishers live over the bear baits and of course when trapping them. I do not think that is one in the OP’s video. Not sure what it is.
A fisher in a leg hold trap can be a bit testy but nowhere near the nastiness of a live otter in a leg hold trap. They are the worst.
