Was at a LGS and saw one on sale $1500 out the door, could not resist. Anyone have one? What does it like for ammo? 115,124, 147? Going to pick up some ammo before the prices go nuts.. Again..

My son has the standard version, it loves 115 grain Federal. Very soft shooter, more accurate than the Colt Gold Cup he owns. Never had a single malfunction of any kind in a few thousand rounds.
I am going to buy a few boxes of various weights, will reload for it once I get a few a cases. Going to bring along my S&W 52-2 just to see if the Sig will live up to the reputation. I know the Smith very well, if there is a miss it's not the pistol.
The one I had a chance to shoot was a target model but the grips were set up for one handed target shooting. Trying to shoot it 2 handed didn't work for me. I believe my friend has since bought a different set of grips for it . Hope to redeem myself the next time he visits.
With its 1 in 10" twist, mine prefers 147gr rounds. At 25 yds, results appear near equal but at 50yds it became obvious that 147s were the choice. With only sandbags, I was able to get consistent 5rd groups of 2.3" at 50yds. A Ransom Rest could be interesting.

I bought my P210A Target towards the end of 2017 and used predominately S&B 124 grain Ball with a few different types of 147 gr. mixed in. I may have to try the Hornady 147 Gr. XTP after watching the video.
I have not shot mine much at 50 yards, mostly 15 and 25 yards; the gun shoots way better than I do.
The only change I have made to my P210A Target is to remove the factory target grips. I purchased Hogue "standard" grips and love the change.
I like the P210A Target so much I purchased a standard model P210A to go with it.
$1500 out the door is a good price; you don't see too many of them around.
I have the Target version but replaced the target grips with some Hogues. .
. Haven't done any accuracy testing, just shooting some steel out to 100 yds with bulk 115 and 124gr factory stuff. It is an easy gun to hit with. Not an optimum concealed carry gun (its big and only 8 round mag) but it sure shoots great.
It has one of the best triggers I've ever felt on a handgun.
Wonder how the newer version of the 210’s compare to the original P210’s. I never could find a deal on the originals but shot them several times and they were perhaps one of the tightest slickest and accurate 9’s I’ve ever handled.
The trigger is very good on the Sig. No trigger pull device, but I would guess 3 to 4 pounds. Should get a bit better when broken in. My 52-2 is about 2 to 3 pounds. The Sig has a fair bit of take up, but like breaking a glass rod when it lets go. The 52-2 has very little take up and just as smooth. Other than the fiber optic front site on the Sig the sights are very similar. Hope to get out to the range next week, but have Jury Duty...
