Which bullet puller would work best for pulling 357 Mag bullets, Kenetic or Collet?

Collet pullers generally will not pull lead bullets without ruining them. Over the years I have found the need to buy both.

I have both, but rarely use the Kinetic puller--but then, I don't handload lead bullets. My RCBS collet puller had worked very well--I have collets for just about everything between .22 and .45 calibers.

I've never had good luck with the Kinetic puller I bought. Just couldn't get the "hang" of it. I'm not even sure I still have it, or whether I passed it on to my brother. I bought a Hornady collet puller, and am pretty happy with it. Only ever used it to pull old Military 8x57 Turkish ammo, but it worked just fine....

If'n you are unconcerned about how your boolits look afterward, just run the cartridge up in the press (without a die installed), grasp the boolit tightly with a plier, and then lower the ram. Works, and is cheap, but does nothing for the boolits "shootability".
