Well, love him or hate him but the guy knows a lot about scopes. I can wade through the chaff.
This. I am eagerly awaiting his response. This aught to be good.

For liberals and anarchists, power and control is opium, selling envy is the fastest and easiest way to get it. TRR. American conservative. Never trust a white liberal. Malcom X Current NRA member.
Don't you find it amusing when someone posts the following yet fails to ever point out the supposed error. Like they don't really know what they are talking about.
You struggle with the quote function, I would not expect you to know about mounting scopes.
Besides as you are a Canuk it would be illegal for you to know why that picture is so wrong.
Well considering I am approved to have this class of firearm, you are again always wrong.
Firearms in Canada fall into three different classes:
non-restricted restricted prohibited
Acquiring prohibited firearms
A Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL) allows you to acquire prohibited firearms only in the same categories as the ones currently registered to you, and only if the firearms you wish to acquire were registered in Canada prior to the specific dates set out in the Firearms Act.
As a general rule, a PAL will indicate what categories of prohibited firearms the licence holder is licensed to acquire by showing the section of the Firearms Act that grandfathers them, as follows:
s.12(2): full automatics
Prohibited What's included in this class
Handguns with barrels equal to or less than 105 mm in length Handguns designed or adapted to discharge a 25 or 32 calibre cartridge This does not include handguns for use in international sporting competitions governed by the rules of the International Shooting Union and where the handgun is prescribed to be restricted Firearms adapted from a rifle or shotgun, whether by sawing, cutting or any other alteration, and that, as so adapted are: less than 660 mm in length 660 mm or greater in length and has a barrel less than 457 mm in length Automatic firearms, whether or not altered to discharge only one projectile with one pressure of the trigger Firearms prescribed to be prohibited firearms in the Regulations
"The 375HH is the greatest level of power you can get for the investment in recoil." (JJHack) 79s and losttrail, biggest waste of air.
Burns, I'd put Stick against you shooting any day of the week, and 3 times on Sunday.
Staged pics of rifles that never get shot ? Really ?
Coming from a used car salesman, that's pretty rich....
Same here, hicountry. Stick can be a bit hard to understand and abrasive, but Blow-ass Burns is nothing but a f'n joke.
I have a hunch Burns would mop the floor with all of you.
If I recall correctly JB showed up at Scenarshooters Icebreaker shoot many years ago and took 1st place... Stick was challenged and invited... but... I wouldn't overestimate Stick myself...

LOL.
That's exactly what a crime boss North of the Border would say.
If you actually had an AR you would know exactly how fucked up was that scope mounting.
You need to be a good citizen and stop your lawless behavior. Justin does not approve.
John Burns
I have all the sources. They can't stop the signal.
I never don't enjoy watching a Campfire big swinging dick contest. Especially one involving Big Stick. A bunch of flippin Napoleons marching straight to Waterloo every other thread.
I really don’t mind Stick. Don’t take his insults personally and I can’t see getting so worked up over him like some people do. He posts as he does specifically to get folks riled up. He has helped me with a few things and I have learned off him. Same with John Burns. I have learned off of him. I can’t say that about most of the loudmouths on this forum.
I have noticed Stick flip his opinions concerning Leupold and Talley rings over the years. I have wondered what that was all about, but haven’t cared enough to actually dig into it or ask, that I remember anyhow.
I used to throw bait at Stick but got too many unintended bites so I stopped doing it. It was entertaining though. It was like throwing a Doberman a steak, then realizing he’s just a big teddy bear, with a steak.
