Seems to be salmon and tuna portions of nigiri, sashimi, and a roll served with ginger, Wasabi and an orchid and shiso(?) Leaf for garnish.

Been learning to cook deer meat prepared in ways other than sausage, ground, or fried. Friday night was:

Bacon wrapped tenderloin with cream cheese, jalapeño and garlic clove with garlic rice. Cooked medium/ medium rare.
First time ever having deer cooked that light. Much better than well done!

Then last week, I made fajitas:


Cut deermeat into fajita sized strips and season heavily the carne asada seasoning. Cook in olive oil until mostly done. Remove from skillet.

Add a little more olive oil and put in a finely diced onion and season heavily with carne asada seasoning as well and cook until tender. Add 1/4 cup water and stir until water is mostly cooked out then add deer meat and a garlic clove and finish cooking.

This was my favorite of all the ways I have prepared it so far.
