What is anybody running or opinion for a red dot sight sight for Sig Sauer XTen pistol.

My cursory research has led me to:
Holosun scs 320 Edit: Holosun confirmed use on a 10mm.
Romeo2
RomeoXPro

Romeo1Pro is not rated for 10mm use.

I do not want to use an adapter plate.

What says everyone?

I recently moved an RMR from a 480 Ruger revolver to an XTen. I have several Holosun 507C's on other handguns, but felt the RMR would be the best choice durability wise.

You had to use an adapter plate correct?

Did you have to go with suppressor height sights also?

What's your aversion to a plate? A Holosun EPS carry works well, but you need a plate to establish contact with the frame so it's not just the mounting screws taking the force or recoil.

I just do not want the extra height. Understand the recoil dispersion.

Picking up the pistol today. Need to look at it and see what what works. I found info where the RMR fits, and contradicting info that you need a plate. Either way I will need 6-40 screws for the Sig XTEN slide.

I have a spare RMR, if it fits, or can use it without going to suppressor height sights, will definitely use it.

You do need a plate, but it's very thin. There are lug recesses in the slide and the plate has lugs that engage the recesses.

This shows the lug recesses - for Holosun, but is same for RMR.

I didn't add taller sights, and can't see front sight when dot is centered in window. If you want cowitness, you'll need taller sights.

JGray,

Thank you for info. That is what I thought.

Pistol was delivered to my FFL today. Did not make it today, hopefully tomorrow. I may go the plate/ higher sights route since I already have the RMR.
