After much thought….and the need to put a transmission in my truck…..I’ve decided to sell my Gen 1 Remington 700 Titanium in 7mm-08 caliber. In building this Ti, my goal was to upgrade all the flaws of the OEM rifle. So $1,250 was spent to make it the “perfect” Gen 1 Titanium. The upgrades include:
• McMillan Hunter Edge stock in BDL configuration with correct TI barrel channel profile. Hunter Edge stocks with a Ti/Mtn barrel channel are almost impossible to find! Black in color. The stock was nicely bedded to the barreled action by Karl Kampfeld. OEM silver bottom metal was added to rid the rifle of the blind magazine. I hate a blind magazine! So I accomplished a better stock and safer access to the rounds, especially in unloading.
• Gre-Tan bolt shroud and GTR fluted steel firing pin with chrome silca spring. Got rid of the J-lock and replaced the twisted spring, high-friction firing pin assembly.
• TriggerTech Primary trigger was added. Adjusted to 2.5 lbs pull weight. Need I say more about the awful OEM trigger?
Specs: 13-5/8” LOP, 22” barrel, bare rifle weighs only 5 lbs, 2.5 oz.

https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbt...0-titanium-7mm-08-w-significant-upgradesThe rifle is in near-perfect condition. There are a couple of fine shiny marks on the barrel. Otherwise, the metal is perfect. The stock is without blemish. The rifle shot 1 MOA with factory Barnes 120gr TTSX ammo. There are no issues with the rifle. I have the original trigger, bolt shroud and firing pin assembly if you want them. The original ADL stock is long gone.
$2,600 shipped from an individual to your FFL. Consider the price of a mint condition OEM 700 Ti in 7mm-08 and add $1,250 to that number…..and you know I’m losing my a$$ at $2,600 shipped. This will be cross-posted, so first public “I’ll Take It” by timestamp gets the rifle. No disappointments here, folks. Buy this one and shoot it for decades. Drop me a PM if you have questions or want more photos. Thanks for looking.
