Fortunately or unfortunately your best bet will be Ebay. I picked one up there in the spring, handguard and all, for a reasonable price. There is a company that sells new reproduction ones. If you wish I can dig up their information. They show up pretty regularly on ebay but some of the prices are pretty silly and not all sellers know what they are selling. You have to watch for the cut downs.
