Left me hanging at Augusta regional airport. Flight was delayed an hour, get there and they’re closed at 7:15 pm. Called customer service and they said they will be open tomorrow. Doesn’t do me any good tonight. laugh

Tried them for a one day rental picking up the car on Saturday at noon. They were closed on Sunday so it was supposed to be returned on Monday for a 2 day rental. The only reason I used them is because they are close to the house. I said no and used a rental company that was open on Sunday. They have absolutely the worst looking rentals I have ever used. I was given a Enterprise car for almost 4 months by the local Ford dealer who was "fixing" my F150 and could not and then the time it took for the buyback process to complete.

They make the vast majority of their money doing insurance replacement rentals. They don't give a shyt about retail renters.

I've been an Emerald Club member for years.
I booked a car for a weeklong trip last June 30 days in advance.
I showed up at the appointed time, there was no vehicle available.
They said that they had been busy that day.
WTH, I had a reservation, why would they give my car to someone else?

I don't use them anymore.

Hope it's close enough you can Uber or taxi.

Enterprise is the bottom of the barrel now.

Under the flight information on their web site the only choice is “other”. Can’t even tell them what airline you’re on. Lol

They canceled mine when I landed in Indianapolis. Said they needed it for local only. It took a $335 Uber ride to get to Louisville.

I've never had a bad experience with them, and I have one booked this week. In fact, the only "bad" experience with them was due to them trying to be generous with an upgrade. I had booked a luxury car, and they tried to be nice by giving me an Audi sports model. The problem was that we were almost completely unable to get in and out of the damn thing. At the delivery end ( a one-way trip) the guy agreed that it might not have been the best idea to give such a car to a 76-year old couple. He gave me $150 off in compensation.

They were founded by a Navy guy, and treat veterans very well. I'll keep using them.

Should have rented one of those “$19.95 a day” U-Haul pickups you see on all their lots.

We have, in Billings and in Hawaii, when that was all that was available. I see them up and Vans/trailers the Steese Highway during caribou season....."hunting rigs! smile

I don’t understand rental car desks closing at 7:30 pm when there are three more flights due to arrive later that night.

I typically rent Enterprise when I can. I've used others, and they all suck. Enterprise usually sucks less.

I used them a lot when I was travelling alot for business 10-15 years ago and have used them a couple of times since for personal. I never had an issue and they have gone above and beyond a couple of times.

Wife and I flew to Atlanta to attend the Masters in Augusta. Guy ahead of us in the Enterprise line was a total azzwipe. Had the young counter lady almost in tears with frustration. He finally finished and stomped off. I stepped up and said, "I promise to be the total opposite of that jerk. I will be the most amenable customer you have today." And I was. She had one set of keys laid out, but then reached for another. "Here's your car," she grinned. I had rented a full-size sedan.

Bright red Dodge Charger Scat Pak 485 horsepower.
