OP Fireball2 Campfire Kahuna Joined: May 2011 Posts: 56,405 Likes: 10 Oregon	This is an early cut checkered DL from 1964 in 308 cartridge. The metal has light wear and the stock is refinished, but it's still nice. I would consider this a really nice rifle that you'll want to shoot. The 22" barreled, cut checkered, 99DL's handle the best of all the Savage rifles if you want a scoped rifle. Very light and well balanced. Nice wood. Fold down rear sight for scope use. Just a really nice deer rifle. $1100.
