Replace the garbage disposal that decided to leak yesterday. Fiddle with a couple of recently acquired rifles (trigger work, scope swaps on both and an action smoothing on one as well), finish up some handloading for my 375 H&H and my son's 350 Legend.

Currently filling elk cow tags, mornings geese hunt, then coyote hunt, midday pheasants and sharp tail hunting with a few huns mixed in. Late day back on the coyotes.

Just changed. Heading into the city tomorrow to see Wicked at the Majestic Theater, season tickets, that I thought I would miss due to a camping trip with my sons that went south. Always enjoyable at the Majestic. Lunch somewhere on the way.

Always enjoyable at the Majestic. Lunch somewhere on the way. Good show, seen it a couple of times. We got trip to downtown Houston Zoo done. They had plenty of lights there.

We've been loading trucks everyday with hay heading to TX and OK. And of course all our local hay customers wanted hay delivered yesterday all week. My son is hoping to finish up so we can hunt the last week of season.

No crappie were harmed in yesterday's expedition. Dad caught 1.
4 or 5 boats in the area we fished and I only saw 2 other fish caught.
Front moving in yesterday afternoon may have had em shut down.

Late muzzleloader season is open through Jan. 1st. Gonna spend the afternoon in the woods looking for that small buck that always seems to elude me one way or the other. I think he has ESP. Just meat hunting, so a doe will suffice and also be legal.

today I'll go to my lad's place out in the boonies, and join in some traditional family target shooting. After that, a stiff bourbon on the rocks, a nap, and a good book. Bed early and hoping the neighbor's fireworks don't keep me awake.
