Interesting. Now I understand why New Mexican Posole seems weird to some here This preparation seems weird to me. We don’t use any of those ingredients here except for the Posole Corn Interesting how cuisine varies regionally. I think it would be great to be able to get together with everyone and have a bowl, sampling all the different takes on the dish
