Post 64 Win 70 SA featherweight walnut stock, 2pc bottom metal, sporter profile (WSM). Stock has never been used as I bought it new a while back and never got around to using it.

It's a darn good deal. I'd have to buy a rifle to put in the stock though.

Correction - This stock is for a 2 pc bottom metal setup.

My son has a 243 Win 70 FWT compact that he has outgrown(6’5” now). Would this stock work for that action? Would the barrel channel be to wide for the little 243? Thanks for any help!

Dean- Yes it would work just fine but there would be some β€œfloat”. I just dropped a short action ftw in the stock so you can see what it would look like.
