A while back, I bought some brass from him that arrived with most of it missing. The box was obviously damaged during transit. Things happen -- and I didn't ask for a refund.
But today, I received a package with not only more brass but cash back as well. That was truly above and beyond and certainly shows Mike's honesty and integrity.
Anyway, I just wanted to give him a much-deserved public shout-out and say thanks to forum member Sadiemr.
