Has anybody gotten hands on with the new Sako 90 yet? I really want to like Sako rifles but the ejection issue plaguing the 85s have kept me from them. I owned two in 30-06 that suffered from it. I see that euro-optic has the 90s in stock.
Any first hand experience yet?

Been looking at them myself. Wood stocked model in likely 6.5x55 or 7mm-08. Gotta save up my rifle spending money again.
No experience with the 85 but am aware of the fixed ejector design and subsequent ejection issues. The 90 has dual plungers like the Sauer's.

My 85 Short Actions work very well & they get rode hard & put up wet. Not a single issue yet.
I could only fault them for putting 20” barrels on them. However, mine are 22” & 24”l.
