Back when all I had was 2wd I'd just fill the bed with snow from the driveway, GTG. Yep, that's a good way to do it, and it melts so you don't even have to unload it later. That's what I used to do, but I bought a 4WD pickup this time. I guess I'll find out if the tires are worth a hoot this winter. I'm not too encouraged at this point, the old Yokohama tires I had on my 2WD tires worked great, even without a snowload in the bed. We don't really get enough snow to worry about here, despite that 16 inches Bristoe was talking about (I live not too far away from him). Yeah,...you might remember that one in 95 or 96 with all the wind--caused the biggest drifts I've seen around here.

That's why I always go out of my way to drive around Lexington and Louisville instead of through them.

I have to make regular trips to see my doctor. But other than that, I pretty much avoid the place.
I'll sometimes make a trip to Buds Gunshop or to pick up a sack of belly bombs at the White Castle burger place. But they're both on the north end and can get in and out without having to get too far into Lexington.

And therein lies a vast portion of the problem; the poleece chief! An I bet the mayor and city council are black as well! And yes....I'm a racist!
