No surprise, the SC will hear oral arguments on Trump's Colorado ballot ban on an expedited timeline. https://thehill.com/regulation/cour...ps-colorado-ballot-ban-in-historic-case/The Supreme Court agreed to take up whether former President Trump can be disqualified from appearing on Colorado’s ballot over his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, setting up a historic case that could upend the presidential election.
The justices’ order sets the case up to be heard at a speedy pace, with oral arguments scheduled for Feb. 8 and a decision to follow that could spark Trump’s removal from the ballot in states across the country.
Remember why, specifically, the Bill of Rights was written...remember its purpose. It was written to limit the power of government over the individual.
There is no believing a liar, even when he speaks the truth.

Good. This whole thing needs to be out and highly visible in the public eye.

They can't do it under the 14 th amendment. He has never convicted of anything. Plus at present, it is only keeping him off the primary, which as long as his appeal in the process takes longer that the ballot being certified, won't work. Even so,the will go to a caucus. Colorado has already certified ballot with Trump on it.
