Winchester pre 64 action. New barrel by Shilen in 338-06 with integral muzzle break. Has factory bottom metal, magazine and follower. Barrel is chrome moly and blued.

For sale for $950 shipped to your FFL in lower 48, or trade for usable pre 64 action or barrelled action in std bolt face with bottom metal + $350 for my barrelled action.
If you want a pre 64 model 70 in 338-06 this is a great setup at much less than what it would cost for components and gunsmithing.
