Spinning up SWAT or SRT, deploying them to a location, and then actually conducting a knock/entry/breach - all from a phone call is really lazy and schitty police work!
It would end in one week if there were a few setups involving foreign terrorist tactics.
I'd say 3, maybe 4 incidents nation wide.
SWAT walks into an ambush, maybe delayed IEDs to pick up later responders.
The way its done overseas.
Dey gotta go home at the end of shift.
Put the danger of attacking a home a O'Dark thirty,
without due diligence,
on them,
instead of those "Protected and Served",
and things would change.
And unfortunately, there would then be people killed or hurt bad because of
slow response.
And the outcry would be deafening.
Easy job, policing America.😉
