Woulda never guessed that would happen. Not booted - he stops being on the show at the end of the season every year. At least as a weekly guy, pops in once in a while. Not sticking up for him - just saying, him being off doesn't mean the network brought the hammer. For the network, Pat McAfee brings a hell of a lot more than Kimmel does - Kimmel doesn't have the juice on his own. His lawyers might but AR being off - happens every year from what I understand. Pat's show is the closest thing Disney/ABC/ESPN has to a Joe Rogan show and as Spotify put it "Joe Rogan is literally like a Taylor Swift album that drops every day of the week for us and listenership".
