Load-X out of CA has started to make 351 WSL with correct head stamp new brass. Little pricey but considering how obsolete the 351 is its about your only option outside of NOS ammo or handloads.
I wouldn't bother buying anything that's made from modified 357 max brass. It doesn't feed well or at least it didn't out of my model 1907.
